PA(7) Mediator mTOR Elevation

Often times I get nostalgic when I think back on my journey through health and fitness. As a young teenage boy, I began using resistance training as a means for improving sports performance and building muscle.

Now, almost two decades later I can reflect back and think of how I got to where I am today.

After my first couple of months in the gym I clearly remember the first time I noticed significant muscle gain.

There’s nothing quite like the first time you notice a your biceps begin to peak.

When I created PA(7), I wanted to help recreate that feeling all over again.

Over the years I’ve created and used countless products designed to help stimulate muscle growth and increase strength without the help of steroids. PA(7) is the first product of its kind, designed to help you see results faster without the risks of using illegal performance enhancing drugs.

Hi, I’m Sean Torbati and I want to introduce you to PA(7) Mediator mTOR elevation. As one of the most sought after muscle enhancers in the world, it has been shown in human clinical trials to increase muscle growth without steroids, drugs, hormones, or other side-effects.

Let’s dive into the makeup of this one-of-a-kind product and what it can do for you.

What does PA(7) Do?

Human clinical trials have shown PA(7) to be an effective tool for helping to increase strength, rep range, recovery, and more.

While it is not a magic pill, it can be a valuable tool to help increase your performance in the gym without unnecessary health risks.

How Does it Work?

Phosphatidic acid (PA) is a lipid messenger that has been shown to increase muscle protein synthesis through the signaling stimulation of the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) (1).

mTOR is the main regulator of muscle protein synthesis. It controls when muscle protein synthesis is turned on or off. Steroids also increase mTOR activation, but can skyrocket testosterone causing a number of health problems including—hormonal imbalances, erectile dysfunction, and high blood pressure.

PA(7) is a safer alternative to steroid use as it increases mTOR activation by partnering with muscle tissues at the cellular level to help boost muscle growth and fat loss.

We’ll look at how each of the ingredients work together seamlessly to help increase muscle protein synthesis and muscle growth.

Mediator® (contains Phosphatidic Acid)

A study was done to investigate the effects of phosphatidic acid(PA) on body composition, strength, power, and muscular hypertrophy. Twenty-eight resistance trained male subjected participated in an 8 week periodized resistance training program while taking either PA or a placebo. The results showed PA improved responses to skeletal muscle hypertrophy, lean body mass, and maximal strength (2).

A separate study was performed on sixteen resistance trained men who consumed 750mg of PA or a placebo. During testing subjects were assessed for strength, body composition, and muscle thickness. The subjects who took PA had a 12.7% increase in squat strength and a 2.6% increase in lean-body mass (3). When combined with a proper resistance training program, PA(7) can help improve strength and increase lean muscle tissue.

Other studies have had promising results showing improvements in lean body mass and strength compared to exercise alone (4). As you can clearly see, PA(7) has been scientifically proven to positively effect strength, hypertrophy, and body composition.

L-Leucine

If you aren’t familiar with L-leucine, its an essential amino acid used in the biosynthesis of proteins. It’s also a well-known activator of mTOR.

Scientific research has shown that leucine and other essential amino acids help to stimulate human muscle protein synthesis primarily by activating the mTOR signalling pathway (5). Furthermore, it has been shown that leucine stimulates protein synthesis through a nutrient signaling mechanism helping to improve protein synthesis (6).

L-leucine works to increase skeletal muscle while activating the mTOR response. L-leucine works together with phosphatidic acid to create a synergistic response that activates the mTOR response thereby increasing protein synthesis.

AstraGin™ (Panax Natoginseng and Astragalus Membranaceus Root)

The last key ingredient in PA(7) is AstraGin™, a substance made up of Panax Natoginseng and Membranaceus Root.

Panax ginseng has been used in traditional chinese medicine for centuries as a natural remedy to improve immunity while boosting strength and stamina. A study was performed on eighteen male college students who took panax ginseng or a placebo group. The results of the study showed that panax ginseng supplementation was able to reduce exercise-induced muscle damage and inflammatory responses (7)(8).

Reduction of muscle damage and reduced inflammatory responses means you recover faster so you can train harder at the gym.

Why Should You Take PA(7)?

Numerous clinical studies have proven the efficacy of PA(7)’s ability to improve body composition, increase muscle growth, enhance strength, and lose body fat.

Clinical trials on PA(7) compared to placebo groups showed:

  • DOUBLE the amount of muscle built (5.29 lbs vs. 2.64 lbs)
  • DOUBLE the amount of fat lost (2.88 lbs vs. 1.12 lbs)
  • A 64% increase in bench press strength (13.67 lbs vs. 8.34 lbs)
  • A 33% increase in squat strength (37.69 lbs vs 28.43 lbs)

Our unique formula has been field-tested and used by professional athletes in the NFL, UFC, MLB, and Olympians. Furthermore, it’s been tested by multiple independent research companies such as the BSCG and NSF to ensure pure, safe, high-quality products.

If your workouts have plateaued, be sure to try PA(7). With no steroids, hormones, chemicals, or harmful additives, PA(7) can increase protein synthesis allowing you to take your muscle strength, hypertrophy, and body composition to the next level.

I can’t wait for you to try PA(7) Mediator. If you’ve tried the product, please feel free to leave feedback below and let me know what you think.

Let’s make progress in and out of the gym.

Kindest regards,

CEO Sean Torbati
