Ritual-AM® Biohacking Theorem

The key to a successful day is making sure you start it off right. Whether you’re the CEO of a multi-million dollar corporation or a student trying to get ahead in school—fueling your brain & body properly is crucial to reaching and maintaining optimal performance through out the day.

Start your day right by helping your brain function at its highest capacity.

If you’re like millions (if not billions) of people around the world, chances are you begin your day with a warm cup of coffee. As the second most consumed liquid on the planet, coffee provides a caffeine boost designed to get you out of bed.

The problem is the initial morning boost wears off quickly making you want to reach for another cup just as fast.

If you’ve been searching for an alternative morning beverage beyond normal coffee you aren’t alone. That’s why we’re here to help.

Hi, I’m Sean Torbati. As a hardworking business person, it’s of the utmost importance to get my day started off right. Since time is of the essence, I find it imperative to make the most out of every single minute.

That’s why at the Ambrosia Collective we created Ritual AM®. With a revolutionary set of ingredients, Ritual AM collectively provides succinctly dosed ingredients to help your brain and body function in perfect synchronicity.

By addressing and enhancing various components of cognition, Ambrosia Ritual-AM® helps power you through the toughest of days. Let’s take a look at some of the ingredients used to create this powerful concoction.

MCT Oil Powder

MCTs, better known as medium chain triglycerides are molecules containing anywhere between six and 12 carbon atoms. MCT’s easily enter the body at a cellular level and are used as an immediate source of energy (1). If you follow a ketogenic diet, MCTs can also be converted into ketones that can easily pass through the blood brain barrier for energy.

A cognitive study performed on patients with Alzheimer’s found that after taking MCT oil for 12 weeks, nearly all of the participants showed signs of improvements in immediate and delayed logical memory tests (2). Further research showed that MCTs increased plasma ketones in the brain helping to further enhance cognition (3).

If you’re looking to start your day off right, MCT oil powder can play a critical role in enhancing brain function and acuity.

GoBHB™

As a ketone body energy supplement, GoBHB™ helps the liver convert fats to ketones giving you an alternative energy source for the brain, heart, and muscle. This results in more energy, performance, and focus.

Achieving ketone metabolism has been shown to improve various aspects of human health. Although this can be achieved through a ketogenic diet, drinks containing goBHB™ can also help. Normally a severe and extended lack of carbohydrates is needed for the body to initiate significant ketone production; but Ritual-AM™ is the cheat code to putting bio-available ketones, ready to be used - right into your body!

A study performed on 15 participants consuming BHB's over an extended period of time found that ketone drinks are a practical, efficacious way of achieving ketosis (4). Several studies have pointed to the fact that ketogenic diets can help improve brain functionality and higher cognition (5). Some people (myself included) refer to ketones as “rocket fuel” for your brain! If you want your brain to run like a high powered engine, you need to provide high powered fuel.

Velositol® (Amylopectin Chromium Complex)

Insulin has been shown to have a positive effect on muscle protein synthesis. In a study performed on amylopectin chromium, subjects were given 6g of whey protein with and without amylopectin chromium. The results showed an increased rate of muscle protein synthesis compared to simply consuming whey protein alone (6).

Consuming Velositol® at the beginning of the day can help stimulate muscle protein synthesis thereby supporting muscle growth.

Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs)

The human body is made up of thousands of different types of proteins. These proteins are composed of 20 different amino acids. Of these twenty amino acids, nine are considered essential amino acids, meaning they are only obtained through diet.

Of these nine essential amino acids, three are branched chain amino acids known as leucine, isoleucine, and valine. While BCAA’s can be used for muscle recovery and performance, they have also been shown to have promising cognitive effects as well.

In a study performed on individuals with traumatic brain injury, forty patients were given BCAA supplementation for a period of 15 days. The results showed BCAA’s helped to enhance recovery of cognition (7).

A recent 2019 study found that collegiate soccer players experienced improved cognitive performance tests after exercising when supplementing with BCAA’s (8).

As you can see BCAA’s can help to enhance both brain and body function when supplemented with regularly.
